Refund policy
We want you to love your Novari Cargo Coat. If you are not happy with it, you can return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 15 days of the delivery date
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
How to start a return
- Email us at mellonsims2x@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable service. Please keep your tracking number.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be processed.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases we will cover the return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5 to 10 business days]. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Size exchanges
If the fit isn't right, we are happy to exchange for a different size, subject to availability. Contact us within 15 days of delivery. Our jacket has a thick sherpa lining, so we recommend checking our size chart and sizing up if you plan to layer.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, email us within [7 days] of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Non-returnable items
Items that show signs of wear, washing, odor, or alteration, gift cards, and final sale items
Late or missing refunds
